The Calm Before the Storm

Tomorrow I will begin my workout routine for the rest of the summer. This routine will include three days of weight training and a minimum of three days of cardio each week. In addition, nutrition intake for each day will be posted.

I will also try and post the playlist I use each week for fun.

I begin tomorrow morning so look for the first official post to come tomorrow.
